Juggling Ball - Change Color

I was recently asked to do a performance using only blue juggling balls. Since I don't own any blue juggling balls, I figured out a way to cover the balls I do have with balloons. It's a simple variation on a method for making juggling balls using balloons. In the end, this saved me a lot of money.
